Sale at In the Hands of a Child

I received an e-mail today from Hands of a Child about a sale. I'm very excited to try one of their Kit Packs as I always print and cut things myself. Hopefully, I won't be too spoiled by it. Go check out the sale. Plus if you have a blog then you can advertise and get yourself an extra Kit Pack for free. All the details are found at In the Hands of a Child.

The e-mail follows:

While we are still praying for this situation to work out for all small businesses we feel that it is in our best interest to lessen our possible loss. And what better way than to pass the savings on to you, our wonderful customers, who are praying with us through this difficult situation!!

This sale will continue until our Kit Pack inventory has been exhausted, so purchases will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
Once they are gone, they are gone!

I Finally Received It!

I finally received my $100.00 prepaid Visa in the mail today. That's right you read $100.00. This goes back a long time ago (or atleast it seems like a long time ago). I'm guessing maybe in November of last year.

Walgreens had a promotion where you bought so much Wyeth products and you'd get $100 in spa rewards. I think I spent about $9.00 out of pocket to qualify for the refund. Well I guess they were overwhelmed with the response. They sent out spa gift certificates and were having a hard time fulfilling those.

They gave the option to send in your Spa gift certificates to get a prepaid Visa and so I did that. Today it finally arrived in the mail. The only hitch, it has to be spent by October of this year. Do you think I'll have a problem doing that? I sure don't. The problem is-figuring out how to spend it wisely.

A Quick Tip

As we get ready for a short trip to visit Amos' grandpa, I have begun packing. You know those free samples that you sign up for? They are coming in handy. I'm taking two sample packets of shampoo and conditioner with us. This way I don't have to lug big bottles are buy expensive travel bottles. I found sample samples for you to sign up for here and here. These are for Shampoo and conditioner. Remember the only info you have to give is the ones with an asterick beside it.

You can find a variety of free samples here.
